\nThese terms cover your use of Kowloon Dev Server (kwln.dev), a server operated\nindependently by its administrator. By creating an account here, you agree to\nthem.
\nThis agreement is between you and the operator of kwln.dev. It applies to\nthis server only.
\nKowloon is free, open-source software that anyone may download and run. Other\nKowloon servers are operated by other people, under their own rules. We have\nno relationship with them, no control over them, and no responsibility for\nthem — including for anything their users publish.
\nYou must be at least 13 years old to hold an account here. If you are\nunder the age of digital consent where you live, you may need a parent or\nguardian's permission.
\nYou are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done\nthrough your account.
\nYou keep ownership of everything you post. You do not transfer copyright to\nus.
\nBy posting, you grant this server permission to store your content and to\ndisplay and transmit it to the people and servers you address it to — which\nis simply what is required to operate the service you asked us to provide.
\nYou are solely responsible for what you publish. Do not post content that\nis unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that breaks the\ncommunity rules shown when you registered.
\nWe do not pre-screen content. Anything posted here is the responsibility of\nthe person who posted it, not of the operator.
\nIf you believe something here breaks the rules or the law, report it in the\napp, or contact jzellis@gmail.com.
\nKowloon servers exchange content with each other. When you publish something\naddressed publicly, or to people on other Kowloon servers, copies are sent\nto those servers and stored there.
\nDeleting a post here asks other servers to delete their copies, and well-behaved\nones will. We cannot guarantee it. Nor can we stop anyone from screenshotting\nor re-posting your content. Please treat anything you publish as potentially\npermanent and potentially public.
\nKowloon federates with other Kowloon servers only. It does not currently\nconnect to Mastodon or other ActivityPub networks.
\nWe may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the\ncommunity rules, at our discretion. Where it is practical and appropriate we\nwill explain why, but we are not obliged to.
\nYou may delete your own account at any time from Settings. See the Privacy\nPolicy for exactly what that removes.
\nIf you believe content here infringes your copyright, contact jzellis@gmail.com\nwith: what work you own, where the infringing material is, your contact\ndetails, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not\nauthorised. We will review and remove material where appropriate.
\nThis service is provided \"as is\", without warranties of any kind. We do\nnot promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do\nnot promise your data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything\nyou cannot afford to lose.
\nTo the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect\nor consequential losses, for lost data or profits, or for anything published\nby another user or by another server.
\nNothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
\nWe may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on this\nserver. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept it.
